I Want Ice Cream!


I was laughing when I found out that my daughter has been eating her  ice cream alphabet flash card...(she throw the pieces though... )   I think she's craving for an ice cream and the flash card looks so real that's why she enjoyed eating it. lol!

  Mga higala! It's that time of the year when the Province of Bukidnon’s beloved and famous KAAMULAN FESTIVAL will be held again this March 23 to April 23, 2023! Usually held in Malaybalay City from the last week of March to about mid-April, Kaamulan Festival is an ethnic festival highlighting the indigenous culture of Bukidnon, and honoring the custom and traditions of the seven (7) original tribal groups in the province namely - the Bukidnon, Higaonon, Talaandig, Manobo, Matigsalug, Tigwahanon and Umayamnon. This is the gathering of the 7 tribes to celebrate and for thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest. The festival name is from a Binukid term "amul" which means gather. Kaamulan Festival has become one of my favorite festivals in Mindanao. I am very much amazed with the colors, musical instruments used, the graceful movements of every performers during the street dancing, and the gigantic entries in the float parade. Did you know that impulsive Christmas shopping is a problem which plagues many of us during this holiday season? Some of the problems which often comes out from impulsive Christmas shopping are going over budget, buying frivolous items and even forgetting about items that were already purchased.
