Cagayan de Oro's annual fiesta celebration, popularly known as Higalaay Festival is here! I felt nostalgic when I covered the event of Kumbira today. I remembered my HRM college days in Liceo de Cagayan University. After 14 years, I was able to witness it again. Whoa!
