Limketkai Center's Successful Commit to be Fit Event

Our group, the CDO Bloggers were invited to attend the Commit to be Fit Event by Limketkai Center. It was a fun, entertaining and educational event. It is a Sports, Wellness and Beauty Exhibit where it showcases how to live a healthy life with tips and advice on health, nutrition, fitness and weight loss.  On the first day, it was a Meet and Greet event with Planet Sports Brand Ambassador Daniel Matsunaga. Gym Workout Routines

Whew! Its been 5 days since I started doing some workout exercise at the gym. The first few days was such a pain since my body is not used of doing some exercise. I could feel that my muscles are being stretched out and I felt pain in my abdomen, back, arms and legs. These are the areas of my body that needs a thorough workout. I am with my mommy friends who also wants to lose their weight. We follow a certain program on which of the gym equipment machines are we going to use and how to use it such as thread mill, indoor triathlon, twister, push up circuits and other strength training like abdominal workout, lower body exercise, upper body workout and many others.  Because of this gym workout routines that Ive been doing every weekdays, I have learned to love my body. Everyone needs to sleep. That is the very basic thing that we need to do in order to keep our mind and body healthy. Being well rested is an important part of staying healthy as it will help us live longer and have a better memory. We cannot live without eating that's why we must eat in order to survive. This means that if food is a problem in our life, then we must find a healthier way of viewing food. In order to have real success we must make a lifestyle change. It is a great way that we will be able to shed those unwanted pounds without experiencing the horrible guilt that so many dieters go through with their diets. Did you know that I am on a diet right now? I actually started last October and I'm glad that I've seen some improvements and positive changes out from my meal diet. Lack of Sleep can Also Gain Weight

Experts said that time and the quality of sleep could affect your weight. When we lack of sleep it will cause us in gaining weight. I think its true in my case since I usually sleep very late usually around 2 am and I wake up at 7 am. And within that dawn and early morning time, I always look for some food and drinks at the fridge and I just can't resist eating my favorite foods. Experts also said that to overcome lack of sleep , one should avoid the late afternoon caffeine, because it will make your stay in the stage of lighter sleep are associated with less sleep at night. I admit that one of the reasons why I find it hard to lose weight because I am very lazy in doing some exercise. I'm also not comfortable in doing some exercise at the fitness gym plus the fact that its quite expensive to enroll on a gym class.
