Gym Workout Routines

Whew! Its been 5 days since I started doing some workout exercise at the gym. The first few days was such a pain since my body is not used of doing some exercise. I could feel that my muscles are being stretched out and I felt pain in my abdomen, back, arms and legs. These are the areas of my body that needs a thorough workout. I am with my mommy friends who also wants to lose their weight. We follow a certain program on which of the gym equipment machines are we going to use and how to use it such as thread mill, indoor triathlon, twister, push up circuits and other strength training like abdominal workout, lower body exercise, upper body workout and many others.  Because of this gym workout routines that Ive been doing every weekdays, I have learned to love my body. I have come to realize that its easy to get fat but its really hard to lose weight. It needs a lot of patience, courage and determination if you really want to reach your goal. Getting Back our Body in Shape

I know one of the main problems of my fellow mommy blogger friends here is their bulging tummy, flabby arms and thighs and so on. I hate to admit but I am also one of them. I used to be skinny and looked so malnourished before but now... ahhh! I hate to see my straight looking body. I actually tried several Diet Plans For Women before including diet pills, slimming coffee and slimming juice. This works effectively for me but the only problem is that when you stop taking or using it, then you will surely become fat again. There is no better way on how we get back our body in shape. The end of the old year and the beginning of the new one has always been a time for us to look back to the past, and more importantly, we are looking forward for this new year as we list down our new year's resolution. It’s a time to reflect on the changes  that we want or  we need to make and resolve to follow through on those changes. I am actually planning to lose weight next year but I am getting worried about my heavy weight and my ugly looking body that looks like a barrel already. Gone are the days of my coca cola body. Now it has no waist and it all goes straight to the point. lol! Lack of Sleep can Also Gain Weight

Experts said that time and the quality of sleep could affect your weight. When we lack of sleep it will cause us in gaining weight. I think its true in my case since I usually sleep very late usually around 2 am and I wake up at 7 am. And within that dawn and early morning time, I always look for some food and drinks at the fridge and I just can't resist eating my favorite foods. Experts also said that to overcome lack of sleep , one should avoid the late afternoon caffeine, because it will make your stay in the stage of lighter sleep are associated with less sleep at night. Exercise also helps you to improve the quality of sleep. We should also consider what we eat before bed. We should eat some healthy snacks and eating snacks like a bowl of cereal before bed. Eating a heavy meal close to bedtime will increase the risk of heartburn, which will make you awake all night. I think most of my mommy blogging friends are having the same problem like I do on how to lose their weight. I just hate the fact that every time I see some long lost friends or relatives,they would immediately say I look so fat already and I should lose my weight! I know that I am fat and they don't need to tell me that. I just watched some fitness pole dancing videos from Youtube awhile ago and I was truly fascinated how pole dancing moves as a form of dance which incorporates gymnastic moves, with freestyle movement and ballet in different dimensions which include a static and moving positions around the pole. Pole dancing is not just for exotic dancers but its is also for women with various backgrounds and lifestyles just like those stay at home moms like me who wants to try out pole dancing for fitness.The benefits are not only physical because it will help improve our grace and posture and it will make us feel more confident and will certainly help develop our self-esteem.

Why Go for a Fitness Gym When There is an Online Gym!

I admit that one of the reasons why I find it hard to lose weight because I am very lazy in doing some exercise. I'm also not comfortable in doing some exercise at the fitness gym plus the fact that its quite expensive to enroll on a gym class. I remember my mom enrolled at the fitness gym and with just a few sessions, it costs a lot of money and yet, she was not satisfied with the workout of that fitness gym offered to her.  If only we knew about online gym workout workout then my mom would not waste her money for a useless fitness workout. And for a stay at home mom like me who has a busy life in taking care of my family and do my obligations at home as well as my online blogging career, I consider trying  to do this exercise videos and do the work out at the comfort of my home. Just like any other women who are struggling to lose their weight, I am one of those who are also having an overweight problem area specially on my belly. I just can't control my diet and I just love eating what I want specially on my favorite sweet foods. I had actually tried this Slimming Coffee a few months ago which was introduced to me by an online friend of mine who said that it really helps in losing her weight.  I purchased this Leisure Slimming Coffee in Ebay worth P250 pesos per box and each box contains 18 sachets so that's 18 days of drinking this coffee.
